I liken love to the ocean. It is all at once dangerous, peaceful, life-giving, rocky, and beautiful. I could go on and on in describing how the concept of love and ocean are alike and you may agree or disagree. The one thing I know for sure we all need love in some form or fashion, whether it is from our parents, family, friends, children, significant others, God or even from our larger commmunities. My stories explore the many facets of love and though my stories usually end in a happily ever after or at the very least happy for now, I know that in real life we don’t always have the endings we like.
